1. Order Processing & Timelines
We work efficiently to ensure your order is handled with care and dispatched promptly:
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time).
- Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 5–10 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6–13 Business Days.
2. Delivery Guarantee (DDP)
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means the price you see at checkout is the final price. Calveth handles all customs clearance and import duties; you will never receive an unexpected bill from customs or the courier. We take full responsibility for the logistics to your doorstep.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once dispatched.
4. Important Shipping Notes
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. Calveth is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@calveth.com as per our Refund Policy.
