This policy applies to all orders placed on our website and is consistent with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Requests made after this 30-day window unfortunately cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please follow these steps:

1. Initiate: Contact our support team at info@calveth.com with your order number.
2. Authorization: If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct U.S.-based return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Faulty or Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or is incorrect, Calveth covers all return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the issue in your initial email.
• Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., preference, wrong size chosen), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that banks may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.
